Simply when exhaustion pulls worst sleeping at the eyelids, sleep remains their grasp. The mind turns restless, a captive in its own torment.

As dawn breaks, a sense of hollow relief washes over. A day lies ahead, fueled by the fragile illusion of rest that will never come.

A Perpetually Exhausted State

We succumb to a pattern of skimming over sleep, fueled by a unyielding sense of obligation. We push ourselves, sacrificing rest for the illusion of productivity. But this exhausting cycle only amplifies the problem, leaving us caught in a quagmire of fatigue.

  • Simply our cognitive function takes a hit.
  • Critical thinking becomes compromised.
  • Sentiment fluctuate wildly, leaving us vulnerable.

The body yearns for peace, yet the mind churns, consumed by a symphony of thoughts that refuse to fade.
